Feeding

These treats and foods are meant to be enjoyed over time, not all at once. For happy tummies, we recommend introducing new foods gradually and feeding treats in moderation.
Substitution

Occasionally an item in our gift boxes may become unavailable. If this happens, we'll replace it with another product of equal or greater value that fits beautifully with the theme of your box.
Sharing

If your cat isn't tempted — which is highly unlikely! — share the treats and food with a feline friend and spread the Wagg & Purr love.
Shipping & Delivery

All orders are carefully packed and shipped via tracked courier with NZ Post and is from $9.99 NZ-wide, $15 rural.

We will work quickly to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. All parcels are sent with tracking and delivered with 'Authority to Leave' unless otherwise requested.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak periods.

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in every Wagg & Purr box and want you to be completely happy with your order. If there is any issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where a product is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand).

As our boxes contain curated and perishable/gift-style items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. All cases are assessed individually and resolved as quickly as possible.
