Your dog’s Little Wagg collection arrives beautifully styled, with treats and toys wrapped together in eco-friendly Kraft tissue. From the moment the gift box is opened, it’s a special treat for both dogs and dog parents alike.

Feeding

Some of our treats — like Dog Schnack — are baked fresh to order in small batches. No preservatives, no nasties, just real food. That's why they're best enjoyed early (you've got a good 4–6 weeks). Honestly, that's the mark of the good stuff.

Remember - treats are not for woofing down all at once! These treats and foods are meant to be enjoyed over time. If your pup is trying something new, introduce it gradually to keep tummies happy.
Substitution

Occasionally an item in our gift boxes may become unavailable. If this happens, we'll replace it with another product of equal or greater value that fits beautifully with the theme of your box.
Sharing

And if a treat doesn't tickle your dog's fancy, sharing with a fellow furry friend is always a pawsome idea — and it spreads the Wagg & Purr love. Wagg & Purr dog gift boxes are suitable for all sizes of dogs; some treats may need breaking up for smaller pups.
Shipping & Delivery

All orders are carefully packed and shipped via tracked courier with NZ Post and is from $9.99 NZ-wide, $15 rural.

We will work quickly to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. All parcels are sent with tracking and delivered with 'Authority to Leave' unless otherwise requested.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak periods.

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in every Wagg & Purr box and want you to be completely happy with your order. If there is any issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where a product is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand).

As our boxes contain curated and perishable/gift-style items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. All cases are assessed individually and resolved as quickly as possible.
